Do NOT user Spower's password recovery tool. Their website is misleading.
1. They state 24/7 support. It's a lie. Go ahead and click their support link (btw, a lady on a headset). There is no phone support, which is fine, but you will wait at least 12-18 hours per reply.

2. They will send you several wrong download links. In fact some were not even bootable for UEFI.

3. 4 days later and 3 email replies. They assured me it would recover AD admin accounts. It was local accounts only.

4. They do not honor their refund polices. I disputed through Amex.

We ended up using PCUnlocker. It was quick easy and worked perfectly. I went from ordering, to creating a bootable image, to recovery in less than 20 minutes. We recovered a Server 2016 domain admin password.
